What we collectThông tin studio thu thập
When you send a brief through /custom, we collect what you type into the form — launch title, contact email, industry, product/service description, campaign goal, usage channels, delivery ratios, deadline — and any files you attach: product photos and brand files (logo, fonts, guidelines). Files are only transmitted when you press Send the Brief; nothing is uploaded before that.Khi bạn gửi yêu cầu qua trang /custom, studio thu thập những gì bạn nhập vào form — tên dự án, email liên hệ, ngành hàng, mô tả sản phẩm/dịch vụ, mục tiêu chiến dịch, kênh sử dụng, tỉ lệ bàn giao, hạn chót — cùng các file bạn đính kèm: ảnh sản phẩm và file thương hiệu (logo, font, guideline). File chỉ được truyền đi khi bạn bấm Gửi yêu cầu; không có gì được tải lên trước đó.
What stays on your device onlyThông tin chỉ lưu trên thiết bị của bạn
While you're filling out a brief, an unsent draft and your language preference (EN/VI) are saved locally in your browser (localStorage), so you don't lose your progress if you close the tab. This draft never leaves your device until you submit it — the studio cannot see it before then, and you can clear it at any time by starting fresh in the form.Trong lúc điền brief, một bản nháp chưa gửi và lựa chọn ngôn ngữ (EN/VI) được lưu cục bộ trên trình duyệt của bạn (localStorage), để bạn không mất nội dung đã điền nếu lỡ đóng tab. Bản nháp này không rời khỏi thiết bị của bạn cho tới khi bạn bấm gửi — studio không thấy được nội dung trước đó, và bạn có thể xoá bản nháp bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách bắt đầu lại trong form.
How we use itCách studio sử dụng thông tin
We use what you send only to review your launch, reply with a creative direction, a format list and a fixed price, and — if you proceed — to produce the project you asked for. We don't use your product photos, brief details or contact email for anything beyond the inquiry you sent them for.Studio chỉ dùng thông tin bạn gửi để xem lại sản phẩm sắp ra mắt, phản hồi bằng hướng sáng tạo, danh sách định dạng, giá cố định — và nếu bạn tiếp tục, để sản xuất đúng dự án bạn yêu cầu. Studio không dùng ảnh sản phẩm, nội dung brief hay email liên hệ của bạn cho bất kỳ mục đích nào khác ngoài yêu cầu bạn đã gửi.

We don't sell your information. It's only ever seen by the studio team handling your brief, and by the minimum infrastructure needed to receive and store it (for example, the service that delivers the brief email). We don't run advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels on this site.Studio không bán thông tin của bạn. Thông tin chỉ được đội ngũ studio xử lý brief của bạn nhìn thấy, cùng với hạ tầng tối thiểu cần thiết để nhận và lưu trữ nó (ví dụ dịch vụ gửi email brief). Site này không chạy công cụ theo dõi quảng cáo, cookie phân tích hay pixel tiếp thị của bên thứ ba.
How long we keep itThời gian lưu trữ
We keep brief details and files for as long as needed to quote, produce or follow up on the project you requested. If nothing moves forward, or once you ask us to, we delete what we hold. Write to us any time to request deletion sooner.Studio lưu nội dung brief và file trong thời gian cần thiết để báo giá, sản xuất hoặc theo dõi dự án bạn yêu cầu. Nếu dự án không tiếp tục, hoặc khi bạn yêu cầu, studio sẽ xoá dữ liệu đang lưu. Bạn có thể liên hệ bất cứ lúc nào để yêu cầu xoá sớm hơn.
Your rightsQuyền của bạn
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time — just email us. If you'd rather not send a file through the form, the brief page always offers a direct email fallback instead.Bạn có thể yêu cầu xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc xoá thông tin studio đang lưu về bạn bất cứ lúc nào — chỉ cần gửi email. Nếu không muốn gửi file qua form, trang brief luôn có sẵn lựa chọn gửi trực tiếp qua email thay thế.
Changes to this policyCập nhật chính sách
If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be noted with a new effective date.Nếu chính sách này thay đổi, bản cập nhật sẽ được đăng tại chính trang này. Các thay đổi đáng kể sẽ được ghi kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.
